Brenda, at Active Nutrition, is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and health concerns. She provided a comprehensive approach and personalized assessment which has given me the necessary tools to understand the impact the food I eat has on my body. Brenda showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier choices into my diet. While exercise has been part of my daily routine over the past few years, I was never able to drop those few last pounds.
