My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to lose weight, to gain strength and be more aware of my food choices and the impact they have on my overall health. My coach was able to help me work towards these goals by being one of the most motivating and supportive people I have ever met, she provided real solutions and attainable goals/benchmarks for both diet and exercise. My fitness level is the highest its ever been and stronger than I have ever been in my life, the introduction of the strength workouts really changed my overall physical appearance and energy level. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been self awareness- I am more aware of what I am eating and Brenda helped navigate the food labels so that I make good choices. I would describe my coach as motivating, uplifting, supportive, well educated, and hardworking (she’s doing the workouts right alongside of us.) I would recommend my coach to all of my friends or anyone who wants to make a change to their lifestyle but they don’t know where to begin. Brenda is a fabulous coach, she truly loves her job and supporting the people in her community who want to make a change.
