I was struggling with my weight and kept trying to be healthier and take better care of myself, but could never seem to stay with a program. Then I met Brenda!
Brenda really cares about her clients. She teaches mind and body together. She is supportive of my journey. She has helped me integrate movement activities as well as taught me to pick and choose my foods carefully.
Although I don’t always lose pounds, I am losing inches throughout my body! I make better food choices for myself and slowly but surely I am learning to love myself mindfully. I do better for myself when I have support. It is not only the foods I eat but why I eat at times. Brenda is always there for me, she treats all her clients as individuals, and she is extremely heartfelt about it.
