I just want to share my experience working with Brenda at Active Nutrition. I had three primary goals when I signed up for her 6-month program: get more active; eat better and stop the late-night snacking; become more sociable.
Brenda was the most encouraging person I’ve ever met! She was so enthusiastic, she never gave up on me, and was there for any questions or issues I was having. It was like I had my own personal, motivational coach whenever I needed it!!
Brenda was able to help me embrace exercise, educated me on the importance of truly understanding what is in the foods I eat and encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and try new things. The biggest tangible change I noticed after starting her program is a much flatter stomach!
I feel so much better about myself, I feel fantastic, and I don’t sit around every evening. I am much more active, I sleep better, and I tell everyone who asks me about the changes I’ve made that they need to call Brenda -she’s THE BOMB!
