I started out to achieve a healthy way of living while adjusting to life with three young beautiful children. I have learned from my amazing coach, Brenda, to not only prep my meals but also know it’s okay to find time for me to take care of myself. I had to relearn how to take care of myself in my new role as a wife and a mother while fitting in time to care for myself and filling the needs of my family. This was no easy task! Brenda helped me over several months to focus on eating and trying to free up at least 30 mins a day for me to workout, read, or write in my journal. After a very long 6 ½ months I weighed myself and I have lost 36 pounds!!!! I enjoy having more energy to hike with my husband and children while also taking time to care for myself in order to be a better mom and a better person spiritually. I am so thankful for her knowledge and patience during this amazing journey! This has been the best decision I have made where my health is concerned and alongside me, my husband and children have jumped on and started working out and eating healthier!
